To keep check on quality of products, Bharti Overseas has a Quality assurance Cell. This cell keeps a close watch, right from the procurement of raw material till the distribution of the finished products. To further strengthen the control on quality, "Bharti overseas" has a laboratory, well equipped with teting & quality control equipments. Strenous efforts are being made for quality control at every stage of manufacturing.
This system ensures strict adherence to specifications from the raw material stage, wherein we check chemical as well as physical properrties of it. All raw material accepted and passed are free from cracks and surface discontinuities.
All our fasteners are checked with ring & Plug Gauges, Micrometer, Vernier Callipers & Slip Gauges. These gauges are periodically checked and calibrated and are examined by approved agencies as well. All tests like hardness, Proof Load, wedge Load, Tensile Strenght, Head Soundness, Elongation, yield Strength are being done as per sampling plan. These test results are being provided with each and every despatch in the form of Test Certificates to ensure customers's satisaction.
